Pricing questions
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- There is no time-limited trial, but the free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. Upgrade whenever you need more links, analytics, or API access.
- What happens when I exceed my monthly link limit?
- On the free plan, you won't be able to create new links until the next billing cycle resets your count. Upgrade to Pro or Business for a higher or unlimited allowance.
- Do unused links roll over to the next month?
- No. The monthly link count resets at the start of each billing cycle. Links you've already created remain active indefinitely (unless you set an expiry date).
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
- Yes. You can switch billing intervals from your account settings. Yearly billing saves around 20% compared to monthly.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of upgrading, contact us at hello@shortfy.co and we'll sort it out.
