Pricing questions

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
There is no time-limited trial, but the free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. Upgrade whenever you need more links, analytics, or API access.
What happens when I exceed my monthly link limit?
On the free plan, you won't be able to create new links until the next billing cycle resets your count. Upgrade to Pro or Business for a higher or unlimited allowance.
Do unused links roll over to the next month?
No. The monthly link count resets at the start of each billing cycle. Links you've already created remain active indefinitely (unless you set an expiry date).
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch billing intervals from your account settings. Yearly billing saves around 20% compared to monthly.
Do you offer refunds?
